1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy explains how Qualia collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal information from visitors to qualia.team. It covers information submitted through the contact form, and the automation workflow and email delivery that carry it.

2. Personal information we collect

Provided by you, through the “Tell us what you need” form:

• full name;
• email address and/or phone number — at least one, so we can reply;
• the services you select;
• your comment and any project details you choose to include.

Collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and loading this page requests fonts from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address and browser details to Google. There is no analytics, no behavioural tracking and no advertising identifiers on this page.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health data or financial credentials.

3. How we use your information

• responding to your enquiry and discussing a possible project;
• fraud and spam prevention;
• legal compliance.

There is no marketing mailing list, and submitting the form does not add you to one.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies — not currently active

This page sets no cookies and uses no pixels, local storage, analytics or conversion tracking. If that changes, this section will describe what is used and how to control it, and a cookie notice will appear before any non-essential cookie is set.

5. Meta / Facebook advertising tools — not currently active

No Meta Pixel or Conversions API call is made from this page. If they are added, any email or phone transmitted to Meta for matching will be hashed with SHA-256 before transmission, and you will be able to manage preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

6. Server-side infrastructure

Form submissions are sent to our workflow automation service, which forwards them to us by email and retains them in its execution log. Data processed this way includes the contact details and message you submitted, plus the IP address and browser identification attached to the request.

The form contains a hidden field that is invisible to you and always remains empty. Automated bots fill it in; submissions where it is filled are discarded without being emailed or acted upon.

7. Disclosure to third parties

• hosting and technical service providers;
• our workflow automation and email delivery providers;
• Google, for font delivery, as described above;
• legal or compliance advisors, where necessary;
• government authorities, if required by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising platforms.

8. California rights (CCPA / CPRA)

• Right to know / access — request information about data collected about you;
• Right to deletion — request deletion of your data;
• Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate data;
• Right to opt out — stop any sale or sharing for behavioural advertising;
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not penalise you for exercising these rights.

If you are in the EU or UK, you hold equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, and in any case no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD]. 10. Children's privacy

This website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at mail@qualia.team.

We may update this policy. The “Updated” date above changes with it.
